Here at Forte Speech & Language Therapy, we’re a speech pathologist clinic with a specific vision for our therapy team.

We believe that creating a community based, collaborative environment is the best way to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care they need. By helping our clients and their families better understand how speech and language works, we empower them to make the right decisions about their communication needs.

We believe in taking a strengths based approach to treatment. By focusing on, recognizing, and appreciating client strengths, we can better facilitate growth.

We are also passionate about taking a neurodiversity affirming approach. Rather than viewing autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence as “problems” that need to be fixed, we focus on embracing and affirming neurodivergence. By helping neurodivergent clients learn to explore a world built for neurotypical people, we can help them develop the skills they need to thrive.

We are a small, SLP-run company, and we strive to provide personalized support to our team. We offer in-home, on-site, and virtual speech therapy services. Ideal candidates will be licensed, and located, in California, and be self-motivated, dedicated, and passionate about speech-language pathology.
